EULA - End User License Agreement

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
